WHAT IS PSF Plus®?

PSF Plus® is our premium Puncture Sealing Formula, a lab-tested, field-proven liquid tire sealant designed to protect your tires from punctures. Its proprietary blend of corrosion inhibitors, polymers, and fibers not only helps maintain tire pressure but also shields tire rims from rust. Versatile and reliable, PSF Plus® can be used in virtually all puncture seal applications. Additionally, it is non-flammable up to 300°F, non-hazardous, and non-toxic, making it a safe choice for a wide range of uses. Cleanup is simple as well, requiring only soap and water.

To apply, you can either inject the sealant into the tire through the valve stem using a specially designed pump or pour it directly into the tire prior to mounting. Once inside, PSF Plus® stays in a liquid state for the life of the mounted tire. For optimal results, equipment should be operated for 10 to 15 minutes immediately after application to ensure the sealant distributes evenly across the tire and wheel air chamber surfaces. In the event of a puncture, the fibers in PSF Plus® rapidly clot in and around the injury site, effectively preventing air loss.

PSF Plus® should only be used when the wheel and tire chamber are clean and free of any foreign contamination or debris.

PSF Plus® is a safe solution with no harmful effects to equipment or tires, and it works in a wide range of temperatures while helping to prevent corrosion of wheels and radial tire belts while also preserving tire liners. PSF Plus® will rapidly seal up to 1/2 inch punctures on heavy ply tires and vent hole leaking. PSF Plus® contains no Ethylene Glycol, is water cleanup compatible and comes with a 100% money-back guarantee.

PSF Plus® keeps working at extreme conditions of tire speed and temperature and remains liquid at -30°F. Longer air pressure retention means improved fuel efficiency and tire wear. PSF Plus® seals most tire punctures up to 1⁄2” in diameter, including thinly constructed light-ply rated tires designed for low air pressure applications. Some tire sealants contain corrosive agents which damage rims. PSF Plus® inhibits corrosion of rims, valve stems, and steel belts.
