PSF® and PSF Plus® are two Puncture Sealing Formulas, which are lab-tested and field-proven liquid tire sealants that protect your tires from punctures. The proprietary blend of corrosion inhibitors, polymers and fibers help maintain tire pressure while it protects tire rims from rust.

Using a specially designed pump, you can inject the sealant into the tire through the valve stem, or you can pour it directly into the tire prior to mounting. PSF® or PSF Plus® will remain in a liquid state for the life of the mounted tire. Equipment must be operated for 10 to 15 minutes immediately after application to ensure proper distribution of PSF® throughout the tire and wheel air chamber surfaces. If a puncture occurs, PSF® fibers clot in and around the injury to prevent any loss of air.

PSF® and PSF Plus® should only be used when the wheel and tire chamber are clean and free of any foreign contamination or debris.

PSF® and PSF Plus® are safe solutions with no harmful effects to equipment or tires, and work in a wide range of temperatures while helping to prevent corrosion of wheels and radial tire belts while also preserving tire liners. They will rapidly seal up to ¼ inch punctures on heavy ply tires and vent hole leaking. PSF® and PSF Plus® contain no Ethylene Glycol, are water cleanup compatible and come with a 100% money-back guarantee.

PSF® and PSF Plus® are packaged in 1 gallon jugs, 6 gallon pails and 55 gallon drums. PSF Plus is also available in 10 ounce cartridge style tubes.

Which sealant is best for my application?

  • PSF is best suited for low speed/low heat, off road applications (loaders, skid-steers, OTR).
  • PSF Plus is best suited for high speed/high heat, over the road applications (truck, bus, waste haulage fleets).

Sealants should not be considered a permanent or proper repair.
